Any user-generated content provided by our MMC community is their opinion, and they are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of their statements. By sending an email to Mindful Mamas with your feedback, testimonial, or shared experiences (i.e., your user-generated content), you expressly consent to the following:

  • You hereby grant permission to the rights of your user-generated content without payment or any other consideration.
  • You understand that your user-generated content may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed and you waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product.
  • You waive the right to any compensation, monetary consideration, including royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your user-generated content.
  • You understand that there is no time limit on the validity of this consent, nor is there any geographic limitation on where your user-generated content may be used and distributed.
  • You give consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information associated with your user-generated content.
  • You fully acknowledge and comprehend that you hereby release all claims against any person or organization using your user-generated content for the Mindful Mamas community.
  • You have read the Mindful Mamas Privacy Policy, and you have been informed about your personal data rights, including the right to request that MMC deletes your data, if requested.
