What we’ve found is that anxiety will likely get worse when you resist it.
Listen to this practice to learn to accept and even befriend your anxiety, acknowledging it as a vital messenger with something important to tell you.
And remember, Mama. It does get better.
“Meet today’s problems with today’s strength. Don’t start tackling tomorrow’s problems until tomorrow. You do not have tomorrow’s strength yet. You simply have enough for today.”

Pro Tip: Set an alarm reminder on your phone to meditate. Choose a beautiful sound to alert you when it’s time to meditate and say to yourself, “I deserve this time.” If the alarm sounds and you aren’t in a position to meditate, that’s okay too. Set it again and know that you can meditate anytime, anywhere—in the shower, on a walk, while laying down in bed.
