IS THE APP FREE?

The app is free to download. Choose to explore several free practices or activate a 7-day or 14-day free trial to Mindful Mamas Premium subscription content. Once the free trial period is over, Mindful Mamas Premium subscriptions can be purchased monthly for $9.99 UDS/month or annually for $69.99 USD/year (this averages out to roughly $6 USD/month).

IS THERE A FREE TRIAL?

Yes! For new users, we offer a 7 or 14-day free trial. Once the free trial has ended, you will be charged the full monthly or yearly subscription price (based on the free trial option you selected). If you purchase a subscription at any point during your free trial, you are charged and the remainder of your free trial is forfeited.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN A MINDFUL MAMAS SUBSCRIPTION?

Investing in a Mindful Mamas subscription unlocks all our 500+ guided meditations, practices for sleep, professionally curated courses, and personalized mantras (including the Record Your Own Mantra feature). Plus you have access to all new content as soon as it is released. You can save your favorites to start your own collection of tools that work best for you.

WHAT DEVICES SUPPORT THE APP?

Mindful Mamas is supported on iOS and Android operating systems. 

 

HOW LONG ARE THE GUIDED MEDITATIONS?

Most of our guided meditations range from 1 to 10 minutes.

We work hard to design content that fits into your motherhood schedule even if you only have a couple minutes.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MINDFULNESS?

Mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety, improves sleep, and strengthens relationships with yourself and others.

A healthy mindfulness practice allows Mamas to be present and intentional, bringing them closer to who they want to be in motherhood and in life.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

All subscription purchases auto renew until canceled.  

If you purchased a Mindful Mamas subscription via the Apple App Store, please follow the steps below to cancel:

  • Launch your Settings app.
  • Tap on your picture in the top right corner. 
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
  • Click on “Cancel Subscription.”

If you purchased a Mindful Mamas subscription via Google Play, please see the steps below to cancel:

  • Go to the Google Play Store app.
  • Tap the menu on the top left. 
  • Tap Subscriptions.
  • Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
  • Click on “Cancel Subscription.”

If you purchased a Mindful Mamas subscription via The Mindful Mamas website, please contact us at [email protected] to cancel. 

 

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND?

Refund requests vary depending on where your subscription was purchased.

For Mindful Mamas Premium subscriptions purchased via the Apple App Store, you will need to contact Apple in order to request a refund HERE.

For Mindful Mamas subscriptions purchased via Google Play, please contact [email protected] with your order number, purchase receipt, or the email associated with your Google Play account. 

While all subscriptions do auto renew until canceled, we understand that life can get a little crazy sometimes. We do our best to support you in every way we can. We honor full refunds if you contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of your subscription renewal. You will receive a prorated refund if you choose to cancel within two weeks of your renewal. After the two week grace period has passed, we do not offer refunds on subscription renewals. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

On the login screen of the app you should see a “Forgot password” link underneath the login area. Please follow the link and enter the email you signed up with.

Remember to use a mobile device to reset your password (the password reset feature is not supported on computers).

 

WHAT IF I DON’T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT MEDITATION?

No problem! We cater to those who consider themselves new to mindfulness and meditation, as well as seasoned practitioners. Start with 7 Days of Basics and Cultivate your Practice series in the Foundations Guided Meditation section to get started.

 

I’M NOT A MAMA YET. CAN I STILL USE THE APP?

Absolutely! We welcome people in all stages of motherhood. We have specific Mamahood stages that offer content for women who are trying to conceive or are navigating fertility challenges.

 

MY CHILDREN ARE GROWN. CAN I STILL USE THE APP?

Yes! Our content grows along with you. Be sure to check out the All Grown Up Mamahood stage in the Guided Meditation section.

 

HOW OFTEN WILL THE APP BE UPDATED WITH NEW CONTENT?

We add new content regularly. It is automatically available for paid Mindful Mamas subscribers. Sessions will be tagged “New” when they are newly added, and remain tagged as “new” until the following week.

ARE THERE MEDITATIONS THE REST OF MY FAMILY SHOULD LISTEN TO WITH ME?

Yes! Inviting your family into your practice with you is a wonderful way to share inner peace with the whole family and gain support in your self-care. We have Mama & Me meditations that are housed in the Mamahood stages (under the Guided Meditations section) as well as Partner meditations in the Relationship category of the Guided Meditation section.

HOW DO I COME BACK TO MY FAVORITE MEDITATIONS?

To favorite a piece of content, press the heart icon while it’s in the player mode. You can access your Favorites at any time by clicking the three line navigation icon in the top left corner of the home screen and selecting “My Favorites.” 

CAN I SUGGEST IDEAS FOR NEW GUIDED MEDITATIONS?
