Yes! For new users, we offer a 7 or 14-day free trial. Once the free trial has ended, you will be charged the full monthly or yearly subscription price (based on the free trial option you selected). If you purchase a subscription at any point during your free trial, you are charged and the remainder of your free trial is forfeited.

WHO CREATED MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB?

The app was created by mothers who understand the challenges of motherhood firsthand, shaped by lived experience and informed by mental health expertise to support moms through the real, unfiltered moments of being a mom.

Today, Mindful Mamas Club is supported by Otsuka Precision Health, Inc. (“OPH”), a health experience company focused on using technology and human connection to make personalized care more accessible. This shared commitment to supporting individuals and families across life stages shapes OPH’s support of solutions like Mindful Mamas that address real emotional and wellness needs..

IS MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB A THERAPY REPLACEMENT?

No. Mindful Mamas Club is a mental health wellness app designed to complement professional care, not replace it. The app provides daily mindfulness tools, self-care practices, and community support that may work alongside therapy or clinical treatment. For any mental health concerns, users should consult with licensed healthcare providers.

WHAT MAKES MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB DIFFERENT FROM OTHER MEDITATION APPS?

Mindful Mamas Club supports women across the maternal experience. Unlike other meditation apps, Mindful Mamas Club looks to help address specific challenges many mothers may face – e.g., postpartum anxiety, mom guilt, sleep deprivation, parenting stress, fertility challenges, and identity shifts. The app covers distinct stages of motherhood, from trying to conceive through caring for adult children. Content is created by mothers and maternal mental health experts who understand that mothers’ needs can evolve significantly across different stages of motherhood.

Mindful Mamas Club offers a growing library of 500+ guided practices created for mothers. Features include guided meditations for stress and overwhelm, sleep and rest, emotional balance, relationships, and self-esteem.

The Daily Sip (a free 5-minute meditation updated daily); sleep stories and middle-of-the night practices; mood tracking and daily check-ins; affirmations and positive self-talk recordings; courses on topics like mom guilt, patience, and self-care; Mama & Me meditations to practice with children; partner meditations for relationship connection; Mini Pauses (1-3 minute quick practices); and a “Get Centered” SOS button for immediate relief.

WHAT IS THE DAILY SIP ON MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB?

The Daily Sip is a free 5-minute meditation available daily within the Mindful Mamas Club app. It provides a quick mindfulness practice designed to fit into busy mom schedules. The Daily Sip is always free and updated every day with new content, making it accessible for mothers who want consistent self-care without a subscription commitment.

DOES MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB HELP WITH SLEEP?

Yes. Mindful Mamas Club features a comprehensive sleep library including sleep stories, sleep meditations, and “up in the middle of the night” mini practices. User reviews consistently cite sleep support as one of the app’s most valuable features. The content recognizes that mothers often can’t follow traditional “sleep when the baby sleeps” advice and provides tools for finding rest when full sleep isn’t available.  

WHAT MOTHERHOOD STAGES DOES MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB COVER?

Mindful Mamas Club supports multiple mamahood stages such as trying to conceive, fertility challenges, pregnancy, 4th trimester, newborn phase, infancy, toddler years, preschool age, school age, teenage years, adult children, and empty nesting. Users can select their current stage during onboarding, and the app personalizes content recommendations based on their specific motherhood journey.

 

DOES MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB OFFER CONTENT FOR PREGNANCY?

Yes. Mindful Mamas Club offers specialized pregnancy content including meditations and visualizations for birth preparation, practices for managing pregnancy discomfort, and support for fertility challenges.

 

CAN I USE MINDFUL MAMAS CLUB WITH MY KIDS?

Yes. Mindful Mamas Club includes Mama & Me meditations available in the “Kids Guided Meditations” section of the app. These family-friendly sessions are designed for mothers and children to practice together, helping introduce mindfulness to kids while creating meaningful connection time. The app also offers partner meditations for improving intimacy and communication in relationships.

 

I’M NOT A MAMA YET. CAN I STILL USE THE APP?

Absolutely! We welcome people in all stages of motherhood. We have specific Mamahood stages that offer content for women who are trying to conceive or are navigating fertility challenges.

 

MY CHILDREN ARE GROWN. CAN I STILL USE THE APP?

Yes! Our content grows along with you. Be sure to check out the All Grown Up Mamahood stage in the Guided Meditation section.

 

HOW OFTEN WILL THE APP BE UPDATED WITH NEW CONTENT?

We add new content regularly. It is automatically available for paid Mindful Mamas subscribers. Sessions will be tagged “New” when they are newly added, and remain tagged as “new” until the following week.

ARE THERE MEDITATIONS THE REST OF MY FAMILY SHOULD LISTEN TO WITH ME?

Yes! Inviting your family into your practice with you is a wonderful way to share inner peace with the whole family and gain support in your self-care. We have Mama & Me meditations that are housed in the Mamahood stages (under the Guided Meditations section) as well as Partner meditations in the Relationship category of the Guided Meditation section.

HOW DO I COME BACK TO MY FAVORITE MEDITATIONS?

To favorite a piece of content, press the heart icon while it’s in the player mode. You can access your Favorites at any time by clicking the three line navigation icon in the top left corner of the home screen and selecting “My Favorites.”
